Meteorological trends impacting air pollution and hurricanes

Meteorology strongly influences the formation of ozone and particulate matter. Our research is exploring how trends in meteorological conditions under a changing climate are impacting air pollution in the Houston region. Our work is part of a collaborative effort with other researchers at Rice to examine how changing meteorological patterns affect the movement of tropical storms and hurricanes.
